SMS Messaging Terms

Premier Advisory LLC

Premier Advisory LLC provides text messaging services to keep you informed about your tax services, appointments, and important updates.

Message Types: When you opt in to receive text messages from us, you may receive:

  • Appointment reminders for scheduled consultations

  • Document requests for tax preparation

  • Account updates regarding your tax filings

  • Tax season alerts and important deadlines

  • Marketing messages about our services and promotions (only if you opted in)

Opt-Out Instructions: You can cancel the SMS service at any time by texting "STOP" to 773-915-0060. After you send the SMS message "STOP" to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to join again, just sign up as you did the first time and we will start sending SMS messages to you again.

Carrier Liability: Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Message and Data Rates: As always, message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you. You will receive messages based on your account activity and service needs. Message frequency varies. If you have any questions about your text plan or data plan, it is best to contact your wireless provider.

The services we provide are based on the information you provide to us. You are responsible for providing complete, accurate, and timely information. We are not responsible for errors or omissions resulting from incomplete or inaccurate information provided by you.

Fees and Payment

Fees for our services are based on the complexity of your tax situation and the services required. We will provide you with a fee estimate before beginning work. Payment is due upon completion of services unless other arrangements have been made in writing.

Late payments may be subject to interest charges and collection costs. We reserve the right to withhold delivery of completed tax returns or other work product until payment is received in full.

Client Responsibilities

As a client of Premier Advisory LLC, you agree to:

  • Provide complete and accurate information necessary for tax preparation and advisory services

  • Respond promptly to requests for additional information or documentation

  • Review all tax returns and documents before signing

  • Maintain copies of all tax returns and supporting documentation

  • Notify us immediately of any errors or changes to information previously provided

We maintain strict confidentiality of all client information in accordance with professional standards and legal requirements. We will not disclose your information to third parties except as required by law or with your explicit consent.

Electronic Communications

By providing your email address and phone number, you consent to receive electronic communications from us, including emails and text messages. These communications may include service-related announcements, appointment reminders, and marketing messages (if you opted in).

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Premier Advisory LLC and its officers, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to our services.

Our total liability for any claims arising from our services shall not exceed the fees paid by you for the specific services giving rise to the claim.

Termination

Either party may terminate the client relationship at any time with written notice. Upon termination, you are responsible for payment of all fees for services rendered up to the date of termination.

Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the State of Missouri, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these terms or our services shall be resolved in the courts of Cass County, Missouri.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Your continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

Severability

If any provision of these Terms of Service is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that these Terms shall otherwise remain in full force and effect.
